罗哌卡因椎管内联合麻醉的剂量观察
Observation of the dose in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia by Ropivacaine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the anaesthetic plane using the different does of the combined spinal epidural anesthesia by Ropivacaine.Methods 80 cases of patients who were suffered from the ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree,and suitable to use the combined spinal epidural anesthesia for gynecologic selective operation were selected and randomly divided into three groups.0.75% Ropivacaine were injected within 20 seconds.In Group A,the dose was 10mg In Group B,the dose was 15mg,In Group C,the dose was 20mg.The anaesthetic plane reach T10.The time of highest plane in spinal anesthesia,the MAP when it was 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia.and the number of cases which need to add epidural drug were all recorded.Results The age,body length and body weight in three groups were no remarkable differences,location of injection and posture,were the same.The procedure was completed by the same person,the best effect of anesthesia was found in group B,the block plane of anesthesia was satisfactory,blood dynamic stable,none of them needed to add epidural drug.Conclusions The dose in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia by Ropivacaine is 15mg to fit.关键词
