壳聚糖-硫酸软骨素共混膜与兔角膜基质细胞相容性的研究
The compatibility between chitosan-chondroitin sulfate blend membrane and rabbit keratocytes
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the compatibility between chitosan membrane and rabbit keratocytes , rabbit keratocytes were cultured on the surface of different chitosan-chondroitin sulfate blend membranes. The cell adhesion on blend membranes, the growth of cells, protein metabolism and cell morphology were investigated. It was found that chondroitin sulfate could improve cell-adhesion and cells proliferation on blend membranes and it also could reduce the injury to the rabbit keratocytes and accelerate the protein metabolism of rabbit keratocytes. All the results indicate that chondroitin sulfate could improve the compatibility between chitosan membrane and rabbit keratocytes and chitosan-chondroitin sulfate blend membrane had the potential as a carrier of keratocytes culture and transplant.关键词
