脑动脉瘤破裂早期手术治疗分析
The analysis of early surgical treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysms
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and characteristics of the early surgical treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 53 cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysms that treated with the surgical operation in our hospital during the time from May 2006 to May 2008.Results Within 7 days after operation,the blood in ento-cistern of 53 patients significantly reduced or even disappear.Keep the follow-up visit for 1.5 to 3 years,according to Glasgow Outcome(GOS)criteria 39 cases were good,and 7 cases were moderate disability,4 cases were severe disability,1 case was vegetative,and 2 died.Conclusions Early surgical treatment can improve the treatment rate of the disease.SAH,intracranial hematoma,cerebral edema,intracranial hypertension are also important impact factors on the effectiveness of surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms.关键词
