摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the significance of diagnosing fetal stomach teratoma by ultrasound.Methods To retrospectively analyze 2 fetuses with stomach teratoma in our hospital.We presented the clinical,ultrasound,and pathological features of them and reviewed related literature.Results We found that there are hybrid echo masses in the abdominal of the fetuses by sonography,and they both have the ultrasound features which mostly like the teratomas.Two cases were dead after induced abortion.The pathological results were gastric immature teratoma in one and stomach mature teratoma another.Conclusion The fetal stomach teratoma is rare lesions and easily be misdiagnosed in clinic.The diagnosis depends on pathological examination but the ultrasound diagnosis is the most easy and direct method and is helpful to estimate the prognosis of the fetus.关键词
