摘要
Abstract
Objective Explore the value of clinical efficacy of the laparoscopir surgical treatment for pelvic abscess.Methods 66 patients with pelvic abscess were selected during the time from June 2006 to June 2009,they were in the implementation of laparoscopic lysis of pelvic adhesions separation,or the removal of fallopian tube drainage empyema,debridement,washing and other pelvic operations,after the application of antibiotic treatmenl.Results All the 66 cases of pelvic abscess in patients had the smooth operations,and after the symptoms disappeared rapidly.All of them were not placed abdominal drainage after the operation.None of the cases had complications,All discharged soon.Conclusions Use the laparoscopic surgical treatment to treat the pelvic abscess,patients would be with trauma and faster recovery,it is the best diagnosis and treatment it is also feasible and safe.关键词
