七氟醚复合芬太尼麻醉在小儿包皮环切术中的应用
The application of sevoflurane combined with fentanyl for anesthesia in circumcision in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane-fentanyl on circumcision in children.Methods 120 children who select the good time for the circumcision were randomly adopted the sevoflurane purely for anesthesia(n=60),or sevoflurane combined with fentanyl for anesthesian(=60).Then the change of the respiratory rate,heart rate,blood pressure,arterial oxygen saturation,and the palinesthesia time,the postoperative complications were observed in these two groups.Results In the combined anesthesia group,the time for palinesthesia losing and palinesthesia were obviously short.Postoperative nausea,disgorging restlessness were obviously reduced.Conclusions The way that sevoflurane combined with fentanyl for anesthesia is better than the one using sevoflurane purely.关键词
