卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效观察
The clinical observation of the treatment for chronic heart failure by Captopril combined with Metoprolol
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the conventional cardiac,diuretic therapy,captopril and metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(with 45 cases each).on the basis of conventional treatment,it had the addition of captopril and metoprolol.it was observed for 8 weeks.The control group(45 oases)has the conventional treatment with digoxin and diuretic.Results With 3 years,the treatment group and control group effective rate was 86.67% percent and 66.67% percent respectively.Treatment group and control group left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction have significant difference,P<0.01,there were significant effect in the treatment group compared with the control group.Conclusions The treatment of captopril combined with metoprolol for the chronic congestive heart failure can improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
