李属种间杂交亲和性及胚培养研究
Study on the interspecific hybridization compatibility between Prunus crops and embryo culture of their hybrids

Abstract
Total of 10 eultivars of Prunus fruit crops including peach,apricot and plum were used as materials for doing 15 cross combinations.The hybrid embryos were cultured and a molecular identification was made to part of theses hybrids.The results showed that when apricot used as female parent the fruit-setting ratio reached 11.49%, much higher than those of peach and plum used as female parent.When peach was used as female parent the dropped rate of premature fruits in 30 to 35 d after blossom was higher than 90%.on the contrary ,when using apricot and plum as female parents the fruit drop were not serious.Most of the hybrids using apricot as female parent failed to bear and the highest embryo abortion rate reached 93.18%.The hybrid embryos were inoculated in WPM medium and grew into vigorous plantlets .SSR identification proved that the hybrids were the true ones.关键词
