采前喷布水杨酸(SA)和赤霉素(GA3)对采后贡柑果实生理及贮藏效果的影响
Effects of pre-harvest spraying with SA and GA_3 on physiology and storability of post-harvest Gonggan mandarin cultivar fruits

Abstract
SA, GA_3 and GA_3+CaCl_2 were sprayed on the tree crown of Gonggan cultivar(Citrus reticulata Blanco) 30 d and 20 d before harvest for studying their effects on the fruit quality in storage. The results showed that: (1)All the applications including 400 mg .L~(-1)SA ,20 mg·L~(-1)GA_5 and 20 mg·L~(-1)GA_3+0.5% CaCl_2 significantly decreased the decay rate,membrane permeability, peel tissues permeability and MDA accumulation of fruit during storage. And the decomposition of sucrose, or-ganic acid and Vc were deferred which restrained the process of fruit ripening and senescence. (2)It was also found that the storage of Gonggan fruit was remarkably improved by the treatment of 20 nag·L~(-1), GA_3+0.5% CaCl_2,which indicated that calcium can promote the storage effects of GA_3.关键词
