铁酸铋功能陶瓷薄膜的液相自组装制备
PREPARATION OF BiFeO_3 THIN FILM BY A SELF-ASSEMBLED MONOLAYER TECHNIQUE

Abstract
BiFeO_3 thin films were successfully prepared on glass wafers with a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) technique using Bi(NO_3)_3 and Fe(NO_3)_3 as raw materials and octadecyl trichlorosilane (OTS) as stencil. The hydrophilicity of ultraviolet (UV)-irradiated OTS monolayer film was measured by a contact angle measurement system. The phase composition, surface morphology and microstructure of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry. The results show that the OTS-SAM film surface is transformed from a strong hydrophobic surface to a su-per-hydrophilic surface by UV irradiation. The BiFeO_3 thin film deposited at 70℃ for 8 h and annealed at 600℃ for 2 h has good crystallization; the film is flat and its thickness is uniform about 100nm.关键词
