Abstract
Aluminum oxynitride powders (ALON) were synthesized by carbothermal reduction method using γ-Al_2O_3 and activity carbon as raw materials. The rate of γ-Al_2O_3 and activity carbon, synthesizing temperature, holding time and removal of carbon impurity were studied in this paper. The prepared powders were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results showed that ALON powders had well-developed crystal and homogenous granularity.关键词
