摘要

Abstract

The two-dimension model and the volume of fluid model were combined to solve the process of time-dependent ignition of underwater SRM. The formation, developing and fracture process of the exhausted-gas-bubble were simulated. The results show some regular variation of the parameters such as pressure and Mach number in the exhausted-gas-bubble. The phenomenon of pressure fluctuations and necking of exhausted-gas-bubble are captured. And the factors which caused pressure fluctuations were discussed. The numerical results show that the changes of exhausted-gas-bubble have an impact on the expansion section of nozzle and this is one of important features of high-speed jet underwater. The analysis of the calculated results can provide information for design of underwater SRM.
