Abstract
This paper analyzes the principle of F-P cavity-based MEMS Tunable Optical Filter (TOF),deduces and tests the relationship between its wavelength and voltage/temperature,presents the wavelength hybrid control technology by temperature and voltage and realizes tunable optical filters within the range of 1 530~1 560 nm.关键词
