Supplier and Distributor Quality Contract Design on Bargaining
摘要
Abstract
To obtain an optimal quality between the supplier and distributor under bargaining,the relationship among the parameters that can be provided in such a contract should be obtained.By using the Rubinstein bargaining model,such relationship can be derived when one party needs time to counteroffer as well as when the time interval between offer and counteroffer goes to zero.With such relationship obtained,a method is presented for designing quality contract between the supplier and distributor.关键词
