摘要
Abstract
Redesign is done for a production line of car wheel trim manufacturing.By analyzing the production processes of the production line,value flow diagram is drawn for the existing line.With this diagram,non-value-added activities are identified.Then,by eliminating or decreasing the non-value-added activities,an improved value flow diagram is drawn such that the production line can be redesigned accordingly.The resigned line is implemented.As a result,cycle time is reduced by 50 percent and material delivering distance are shortened by 54 percent.Meanwhile,quality is increased and cost is reduced.关键词
