Modified spectral analytical method of an optical surface plasmon resonance biosensor using angular interrogation
摘要
Abstract
The paper introduces a novel intensity interrogation based on a maximal response difference value to improve the sensitivity of the SPR biosensor and presents a theoretical analysis and comparison of the sensitivity and measurement system of these two types of SPR biosensors when employed in both of the angular interrogation and maximal response difference interrogation. The results show that this method of rapid location of the resonance point, which is based on the maxinal response difference value can not only significantly reduce the time for obtaining the resonance point, but also enhance the sensitivity of the optical surface plasmon resonance biosensors.关键词
