Preliminary study on population structure and genetic diversity of Corylus heterophylla Fisch

Abstract
Population structure and genetic diversity of Corylus heterophylla Fisch was investigated. The results showed the vegetative reproduction took advantage, but it still had a high genetic diversity (H_o =0. 714 8) ; At the same time, Corylus heterophylla Fisch genetic individual was found. A single cluster (clone) was basically a genetic individual; adjacent clusters (clones) were basically of the same genotype and cloning took up a larger percentage.关键词
