Abstract
Flat plate heat pipe is one of the available technology to deal with the high density electronic cooling problem. This paper introduces the working principle of flat plate heat pipe,and the research in pipe making, capillary structure, layout of heat source and numerical simulation is comprehensively reviewed. Future development for flat plate heat pipe is predicted.关键词
