新型颗粒层过滤性能的宏观数学模型
Macroscopic mathematical model for predicting filtration performance of a new granular layer
摘要
Abstract
According to continuity equation of dust concentration in gas current,filtration principle and fil-tration characteristics of a new granular layer,a macroscopic mathematical model was built for describing fixed bed granular layer filtration process and predicting filtration performance of the new granular layer. With filtration mechanism and practical distribution of dust particle diameters,influence of filtration speed on filtration efficien-cy was amended based on experiments. Regression was conducted on characteristic parameters in filtration effi-ciency equation and bed layer pressure drop equation in terms of experiment results,a macroscopic mathematical model was deduced for granular layer fihration involving concrete medium. The model indicated that filtration process of the new granular layer was quasi-steady and did not vary with filtration period,and only related to fil-tration medium and dust removal cycle. Computed results by the model could accurately reflect granular layer fil-tration performance.关键词
