HoAl-Al_2O_3/Ti aluminide composites reinforced by Ho_2O_3 were prepared by in-situ hot-pressing method with the exothermic reaction of Al, Ti, TiO_2 and Ho_2O_3 powder. The effect of Ho_2O_3 doping on the microstructures was analyzed by XRD, SEM. Bending strength and fracture toughness properties were tested.
