Heilongjiang reclamation area mutual agricultural insurance lacks of legal safeguard and restraint,financial support,preferential tax policy support and so on.Lacking of thoes will restrict the insurance.Researching its reason from macroscopic to microscopic and constructing countermeasure,enhancing support degree from law,fund,policy,tax and so on,it will let the insurance vividly.关键词
