Abstract
Based of expound the definition,contents of leisure agriculture,the present situation and problems of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province were analyzed.From the view of recycling economy and sustainable agriculture,on the basis of small scale of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province,combining with the example of Beidahuang modern agricultural sci-tech park planning,the strategic decision of putting thoes owning multi function parks in the first place in the development of leisure agriculture was put forward.The purpose was to make full use of the advantage of information,management,planning,science and technology and talent resource,and propel the new thoughts of leisure agriculture development.关键词
