一种水性环氧固化剂的合成与性能研究
Synthesis of a Waterborne Epoxy Curing Agent and Its Properties
摘要
Abstract
A waterborne curing agent for epoxy resin was synthesized by using PEG-2000, Triethylene tetramine (TETA) and Bisphenol A didycidyl ether (CYD-128). Firstly, in order to incorporate the hy-drophilic and soft polyether segment into the molecular structure of curing agent, PEG-2000 reacted with CYD-128 with Lewis acid as the catalyst. Secondly, in order to incorporate the epoxy resin molecular chain segment into the molecular structure of curing agent to improve the compatibility of the curing agent with the waterborne epoxy resin, TETA was modified with the product of the first step and low weight epoxy resin . Finally, deionized water was continuously added to adduct up to 50% solid content.关键词
