Topology Optimization of Truss-Like Structures for Multiple Load Cases With Stress Constraints
摘要
Abstract
The densities and orientations of members at nodes are taken as design variables,the member orientations are adjusted to align the principal stress directions,checkerboard and mesh-dependencies disappear without any additional technique.Adopting the triangle elements to fill the design region,the difficulty to divide irregular design domain by rectangular elements is overcome.Fiber-reinforced orthotropic composite is employed as the material model to simulate the constitutive relation of truss-like continua,the topological optimum structure is suggested by the continuous lines,these continuous lines represent the actual distribution of members in the truss structures that it is intended to build.Two examples are used to demonstrate the rationality and efficiency of the presented method.关键词
