复方黄芪多糖注射液对仔猪血液生理生化指标的影响
Effect on blood index of weaned piglets after injecting compound Astragalus polysaccharides injection
摘要
Abstract
Selected 90 weaned pigs at 42 days, were divided into three groups randomly, the first group was injected saline, other groups were injected different dose compound Astragalus polysaccharide injection, and were observed blood index of the injection. The results showed that after intramuscular injection at neck for 3, 6 mL per pig, day 3 after administration, RBC and PLT in blood were improved by 14.05%, 20.45%, the difference was obvious (P<0.05), day 5 after administration, were improved by 16.26%, 20.86%, the difference was obvious (P<0.05), and HCT also had increased in certain degree, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05), the total protein and albumin in blood were increased by 8.94%, 4.47% at day 3 after administration, and by 1.31%, 10.91% at day 5 after administration, and globulin (A/G) were in the normal range, and there was no significant difference before no giving medicine (P> 0.05), compared with the control group, the other indexes in blood had no significant difference (P>0.05). Compound Astragalus polysaccharide injection at the dose of 3～6 mL per pig had no obvious effects on blood biochemical indicators, and a clear improvement on blood physiological indexes.关键词
