副猪嗜血杆菌的分离与鉴定及其16S rRNA 生物信息学分析
Isolation and identification of Haemophilus parasuis and analysis of 16S rRNA gene
摘要
Abstract
Twelve strains of Haemophilus parasuis were isolated from swine with polyserositis and arthritis in Hunan province. The strains were identified based on morphologic, cultural and biochemical characteristics of HPS. PCR test was developed to further determine the strains with one pair of primers designed according to the sequence of the HPS' 16S rRNA gene, and the anticipated amplification products was obtained from all 12 strains. Comparative sequence analysis showed the strains shared 90.4%~99. 9% 16S rRNA sequence homology with different serotypes of Haemophilus parasuis, especially the highest with serotype 5; The phylogenetic tree showed that 11 Hunan isolates and serotype 5 isolates belongs to one cluster, which indicates the isolated 11 strains were Haemophilus parasuis serotype 5.关键词
