云南省各州市烤烟外观质量差异分析
Evaluation on appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco in different areas of Yunnan province
摘要
Abstract
The appearance quality of 434 flue-cured tobacco samples collected from Yunnan province in 2007 was evaluated by the method of variance analysis and cluster analysis. The results were as follows: The appearance quality of the most samples were better and the variation of all the indexes. Total appearance, color, maturity, leaf structure, body, oil and color intensity were highly significant at 0. 01 level between different arears. According to t he cluster analysis, all the samples could be divided into 2 grades, the samples from Wenshan, Lijiang, Baoshan and Honghe had better quality than the ones did from Chuxiong,Qujing, Puer,Kunming,Yuxi, Zhaotong,Lincang and Dali.关键词
