枯草芽孢杆菌对泥蚶及养殖底泥中细菌总数和弧菌总数的影响
Effect of Bacillus subtilis on total numbers of bacteria and Vibrio in sediment and Tegillarca granosa

Abstract
The effects of different concentrations on microflora and Vibrio in sediment and Tegillarca granosa for Bacillus subtilis were studied in this paper. 1×10~6, 5×10~6 and 10×10~6 CFU/L groups and a control group were established for the experiments lasted 28 d. The total numbers of bacteria and Vibrio in sediment and T. Granosa were detected with the plate counting method at 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d respective-ly. The result showed that total numbers of bacteria in sediment and T. Granosa have showed a significant up-ward trend in the first seven days, declined slowly 7～28 d; The total numbers of Vibrio in sediment and T. Grano-sa of B. Subtilis groups were less than of control group significantly(P<0.05), 5×10~6 and 10×10~6 CFU/L groups were less than 1×10~6 CFU/L group(P<0.05). It was indicated that B. Subtilis had inhibiting bac-teria growth functions, and can be used in culturing T. Granosa.关键词
