摘要

Abstract

Sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP)markers were used to examine genetic varia-tions of two parents Chlamys farreri(♀), Patinopecten yessoensis(♂)and their hybrids(F1). 9 pairs of primer were selected from 64 pairs of primer and applied to 3 populations. A total of 121 bands were genera-ted with 9 pairs of primers sets, among them 107 were polymorphic. In average, each primer set deteced 11.89 polymorphic loci. Shannon information indexes were 0.299 9, 0.218 9, 0.334 3 and Nei's gene diver-sities were 0.196 4, 0.141 1, 0.218 9. The genetic distance between C. Farreri and F1 was 0.107 4, be-tween P. Yessoensis and F1 was 0.228 7.
