Numerical Calculation of the Scattering Problem for Grating by Integral Equation Method

Abstract
Consider the scattering problem of grating numerical computer which was solved by an integral equation method. The uniqueness, existence and error estimate of the solution were analyzed. Numerical results show the advantage of the integral equation method.关键词
