摘要

Abstract

The reasons of the errors of the automatic leveling system in vibration isolation platform supported by four air springs is analyzed The leveling precision of the air spring vibration isolation platform influenced by precision of tilt angle sensor, zero excursion and temperature excursion of the sensor, installation of the sensor and response frequency of solenoid valve and so on are described detailedly, and then the errors caused by these factors were put forward quantitatively. It explored a effective approach for improving leveling precision analysis of the air spring vibration isolation platform.
