摘要

Abstract

The leveling method of common platform was summerized, and the platform system based on the air spring supporting, the auto-leveling method and the method about improving the accuracy of auto leveling were studied. The natural frequency of the air spring platform system is low, and damp is small, so with a simple setup made by leveling valve and three-point support mechanical leveling device it can achieve the automatic leveling range within a few hundred arc-sec.. And then using the method of dynamic tracking to control both directions in pitch and deflection of the platform it can obtain better level accuracy. The results of the experiment show that level degrees of two directions are within ±15 arc-second.
