The System for Avoiding Mechanical Trembling of Gear Measuring Machine Based on the FPGA

Abstract
A system for avoiding mechanical trembling of gear measuring machine based on the FPGA is introduced. The system is mainly distinguished by the module of four fold-frequency subdivision and the module of avoiding mechanical trembling. After the grating signal through the module of four fold-frequency subdivision, the measurement accuracy will be improved and the signal continue through the positive pulse counting module and the reverse pulse counter module which belong to the module of avoiding mechanical trembling in order to avoid the mechanical trembling. According to the method which combined the graphic design and programming in Quartus II, the system used top-down design method, realized the function of avoiding mechanical trembling, and avoided the measurement error, improved measurement accuracy of gear measuring machine.关键词
