犊牛瘤胃干酪乳杆菌分离鉴定及其耐酸相关基因ffh的克隆
Isolation and Identification of Lactobacillus casei from Rumen of a Young Cattle and Cloning of Its Acid-Resistant Gene ffh
摘要
Abstract
The SL medium was used to isolate Lactobacillus casei. The Gram staining, biochemistry I-dentification, morphology observation and 16S rRNA phylogenelic analysis were used to identify the bacteria. The genome of the identified Lactobacillus casei was extracted, and according to gene ffh from GenBank, a pair of primers were designed for PCR, then the gene was cloned into pMD 18-T vector to obtain the recombinant plasmid and detected by PCH and homology sequence analysis. The whole sequence of gene ffh was acquired. This work made preparation for the study of rumen microbial ecological agents and the acid-resistant genetic engineering degradation bacteria of lactic acid.关键词
