摘要

Abstract

Two-axis servo control of the gear measuring instrument is achieved by using ARM as a control system, and high-precision measurement for the gear spire is finished. Based on the pulse signal of the stepping motor and the linear relationship of the stepping angle, the stepping motor is controled by the output frequency pulse of the ARM system. Since the stepping motor only has periodic error and no accumulated error, so the system can measure the gear spire deviation fastly and accurately. Compared with the existing systems, this system has high control precision, fast mesurement speed and high accuracy, measurement error can be displayed on real-time dynamicly.
