摘要

Abstract

According to the fact that the lifting pipe will break off at about 3000 meters,a transporting pipe is designed,which is made of carbon fiber composite materials.Is analysed,using ANSYS,conclusion shows that it can be used in deep sea mining.The calculation and analysis on the parameters of a new hydraulic transporting system that made up of a carbon fiber composite pipe,a pump-ore tank combined and a flexible pipe,indicate that the pump-head is 420~740m,and the power is 430~480kW.The design and manufacture of the pump needed above are mature in technology.Thus,this new transporting system is proved to be flexible.
