Analysis of polymorphism on exon 2 of SLA-DRB in Large Yorkshire and Erhualian pigs with PCR-RFLP
摘要
Abstract
The exon 2 of SLA-DRB gene in Large Yorkshire and Erhualian pigs was analyzed with PCR-RFLP. The results showed which after digested by restriction endonuclease Rsa Ⅰ , three kinds of band patterns were created, which were A; 141/93/11 bp, B: 111/69/54/11 bp and D: 93/48/39/54/11 bp. The frequencies of all pattern types were Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium in Erhualian populations, while the same results did not appear in Large Yorkshire pigs. In each breed, A was the dominant band pattern and AA was the dominant genotype. There were no significant differences in the frequency of A band pattern among these two breeds. In these two breeds, B was only in Erhualian pigs, and D was only in Large Yorkshire pigs. The result suggested that B and D could be used to distinguish the two breeds and that benefited molecular breeding.关键词
