三元结构视角下的农地流转利益机制探析
Analysis on Interests Mechanism of Rural Land Transfer under Perspective of Ternary
摘要
Abstract
The article takes the relationships between the rural land transfer and the agricultural land, the rural capital and the rural labor as perspective, and analyses the plights of the rural land transfer in our country in recently, which are subject vacancy of farmland property right, the imbalances of the financial resources allocation between urban and rural areas and the imbalance of rural labor force structural. The reasons about rural land transfer plights are analyzed, which include the imperfection of farmland property rights system, the lack of capital investment in rural areas and the dual division of urban-rural income. From the farmland property rights, the Capital investment in rural areas and the rural labor force structure, the countermeasure of coordination mechanism about farmland, capital and labor is suggest.关键词
