Abstract
The paper made an analysis on the regional comparative advantages of main crops' production condition in Hunan province from 1996 to 2007 by the method of Aggregated Advantage Index. As a result, in the 14 regions, 9 of them have the regional comparative advantage for rice, 7 for rape; 7 for soybean, 8 for sweet potato, 5 for tobacco, 3 for ramie, and 3 regions have the regional comparative advantage for cotton. Therefore, the paper puts forward the suggestions on practical adjustment to regional distribution of crops, exploiting the regional advantage, encouraging and increasing the production of four kinds of crops like ramie, rice, rape, tobacco. As for the three crops like sweet potato, cotton and soybean, which have small area, the paper suggests stabilization and practical adjustment on these three kinds of crops to improve the level of crops comparative advantage.关键词
