龙眼胚性愈伤组织限制生长保存及其染色体数目变异
Minimal Growth Conservation and Variation of Chromosome Number of Longan Embryogenic Callus

Abstract
'Honghezi' Longan(Dimocarpus longan 'Honghezi') was used to study the effects of mannitol and inositol cross-culture, sucrose, agar, salt, PP333 and light quality on the minimal growth of longan embryogenic callus(EC) for conservation. The results showed that the combined addition of 20 g/L mannitol and 0.1 g/L inositol with the inoculation amount of 0.1 g per bottle, prolonged the subculture cycle to more than 70 days. At the same time, the long cultivars 'Honghezi', 'Songfengben' and 'Julong 105' were used to investigate the variation of chromosome number of longan embryogenic callus during somatic embryogenesis. The results indicated that the chromosome variation occurred at the embryogenic cell stage and then tended to be stable.关键词
