椰子果皮中营养元素的测定及其种间差异分析
Nutritive Elements of Coconut Husk and Their Interspecific Difference

Abstract
Eight nutritive elements in the husks of 4 coconut cultivars were detected by using the atomic absorption spectrometer,and their difference between the cultivars analyzed. Analysis of macroelements of the husks showed that the potassium(K) content was the highest in the husks of all the 4 cultivars,with the calcium(Ca) content being the lowest,and that the Ca content was not obviously different while the K,sodium(Na) and magnesium(Mg) content was significantly different in the husks of different cultivars. Analysis of microelements showed that Fe content was higher in the husks than the other 3 microelements,manganese (Mn),copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn),with the Mn content being the lowest,and that the Mn,Cu and Zn content in the husks varied highly significantly with cultivars but no significant difference was observed in Fe content of the husks among the cultivars. The husk of Hainan Tall coconut contained remarkably lower Mn,Cu and Zn than the other three coconut cultivars. The difference in content of nutritive elements may be one of the reasons for difference of coconut cultivars in their resistance to fruit drop and fruit dehis-cence.关键词
