摘要
Abstract
Photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),intercellular CO_2 concentration (Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs) of vetiver(Vetiveri azizanioides) were measured at the controlled CO_2 concentrations of 350 μmol/mol and 700μmol/mol under continued photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). The results showed that Pn,Tr and Gs were enhanced with PAR,but not to the light saturation point even at 2 600 μmol/m~2/s of PAR. Water use efficiency(WUE) increased gradually at the initial PAR enhancement stage,reached the maximum at 1 100 μmol/m~2/s of PAR and then was gradually reduced. With the increase of CO_2 concentration,Pn,Tr and Gs decreased,while the Ci and WUE increased,but no significant difference in WUE was observed at the 2 levels of CO_2 concentration.关键词
