套袋时期对'立冬本'龙眼果实生长发育和品质的影响
Effects of Bagging Time on Growth,Development and Quality of‘Lidongben’Longan Fruit

Abstract
Fruit of longan'Lidongben' (Dimocarpus longan Lour.'Lidongben'), a late cultivar in Fujian Province, China, were bagged at days 80,95 and 110 after full bloom to observe their growth and development,apparent quality and pulp internal quality. Early pre -harvest fruit bagging yielded a higher rate of fruit-dropping. Pre-harvest fruit bagging increased fruit longitudinal and transversal diameter,single fruit weight,contents of chlorophyll, carotenoids,anthocyanins and flavonoids in pericarp and contents of total soluble solids,total sugars,vitamin C and soluble protein in fruit flesh, and decreased content of titratable acidity in fruit flesh. The results suggested that the optimum pre-harvest fruit bagging time for'Lidongben' longan fruit was at the day 110 after full bloom, or about 1 month before harvest.关键词
