新型纳米羟基磷灰石晶体复合抗菌剂的制备
Preparation of Nano-hydroxyapatite Crystal Composite Antimicrobial Agent
摘要
Abstract
The inorganic/organic composite antimicrobial agents were prepared using nano-hydroxyapatite as a carrier carrying polyvinyl alcohol and copper and zinc ions. The combination between the antibacterial constituents and carrier in as-prepared composite antimicrobial agents were analyzed by XRD and IR and SEM, the morphologies of agents were observed. The antibacterial activity and safety of the agents were studied, too. The results show that the as-prepared antimicrobial agents with 2.8%polyvinyl alcohol, 10% copper ions and 15%zinc ions respectively have good antimicrobial activities and safety.关键词
