Abstract
Automatic test system(ATS)plays an important role in military industry.Many typical technical standards aroused in the half century.Each technical standard has its unique requirement and the corresponding devices followed the standard arc equipped in a laboratory or a workshop.The software is also used more and more widely in the test equipment.In the construction process of ATS,it is complex to build a reasonable technical plan and to choose an appropriate test device on the basis of the specific test requirement by considering the reliability,the maintainability and the ratio of capability to price.In this paper,the topics of the test system in military industry are introduced,including the brief history of ATS,the special needs in military industry,the classification and advantages of LAN extensions for instrumentation(LXI)device,the software used in ATS,and the new needs in the research process of military industry.It is hoped that a whole view of ATS used in the military industry can be provided to implement the automatic test process.关键词
