摘要

Abstract

A third-order local feedback single-loop Sigma-Delta modulator is presented.The noise transfer function(NTF)is corrected with the pole point and calculated by using Butterworth high pass filter topology.With the coefficient optimized and simulated by Matlab Simulink tool box,all the circuit modules and the whole modulator of Verilog-A behavioral model are presented.The simulation meets the requirement of 16 bit design.The result shows that SFDR is more than 96 dB,the clock frequency is up to 5.12 MHz,and OSR is 128 and the bandwide of signal is 20 kHz.
