Abstract
The pre-phase work is the foundation for the construction and management of water project. At present, an unprecedented development of the construction of water project has appeared in China. Though remarkable achievement has been obtained during the pre-phase work of water project, the decrease of the quality of the work is presented therein; for which the causation of the problems and the measures to solve them are discussed herein.关键词
