摘要

Abstract

With the development of cell biology, alternative models of programmed cell death (PCD) have therefore been proposed, including oncosis, autophagy, paraptosis, gome of which pathways are caspase dependent, others not. All of these pathways are crosetalking,even they share same mechanism. At present, Clarke morphological classification is accepted by most of experts,by which, PCD can be dividied into three types : type I PCD, type Ⅱ PCD,type Ⅲ PCD.
