摘要
Abstract
Directed evolution of protein is the effective strategy for the protein improvement. This review introduced the techniques for the mutation and recombination of DNA using error-prone PCR, DNA shuffling methods, and generation of mutational library and high throughput screening. Meanwhile, recent applications and development of directed evolution of protein were also reviewed in this paper.关键词
