蔗渣发酵菌剂培养基的筛选及发酵条件的优化
Screening of Fermentation Medium and Optimizing Fermentation Conditions of the Bagasse Microorganism Inoculants

Abstract
The optimal conditions for flask fermentation of the strains Bacillus sp. B-A,Aspergillus sp. F-A and Streptomyces sp. A-B) were studied by the single-factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal medium composition ( % ) for Bacillus sp. B-A was beef extract 0.3,peptone 1 ,glucose 1, NaCl 0.5, soluble starch 0. 5 ,3. 08% MnS0_4 0. 1; the optimum conditions were initial pH of 7,media volume 100ml,shaking at 36℃ for 27 hours. The optimal medium composition (%) of Aspergillus sp. F-A was glucose 3 ,soybean powder 3 .peptone 1. 2 ,yeast extract 0. 3 , K_2HPO_40. 05 ,KH_2PO_4 0. 05 ,CaCl_2 0. 08 、MgSO_40. 04,MnSO_4 0. 04 ,ZnSO_4 0.02. The optimum conditions were initial pH of 6, media volume 50ml, shaking at 30℃ for 3 days. The optimal medium composition ( % ) of Streptomyces sp. A-B: soluble starch 4. 5 , soybean cake powder 3 , sucrose 1, NaNO_3 0. 2, ZnSO_4 0. 01 , KH_2 PO_4 0. 001. The optimum conditions were initial pH of 7 , media volume 50 ml, shaking at 30℃ for 3 days.关键词
